The Gallery at 118 Cotton: The Work of Pat Howard

The Arts Council is honored to showcase the work of Region 8 artist Pat Howard here at The Gallery at 118 Cotton Street in Downtown West Monroe from March 31st until May 8th. The opening reception will be held April 3rd from 5pm to 9pm, in conjunction with the Downtown Gallery Crawl! The gallery is open Monday-Thursday, 10am to 4pm.
