Voting is now open for the 40th Annual Northeast Louisiana Arts Awards - and time is limited. After nominations from across Region 8, finalists have been selected in categories recognizing artists, educators, volunteers, businesses, and community leaders who are shaping the cultural landscape of Northeast Louisiana.
