Kate is an accomplished artist and animator from Austin, TX, originally from Monroe, La and now back in the NELA area. Working professionally for the past decade in the CGI realm, she has been a large part of the anime show RWBY, supervising camera work, as well as multiple other shows such as Gen:Lock, Red vs Blue, and Barbie Adventures. After 20 years in Austin, TX, Kate has recently relocated back to her hometown of Monroe, La to co-open the store Tracks Music Shop where she is, in addition to being co-owner, the in-house artist. She has filled the space with what she refers to as her "music murals" as well as multiple pieces of of mixed media on canvas and photography. Settling down to focus on her own art for a while, she hopes to remain in the Monroe area and contribute to the revitalization of downtown Monroe, where she met and married her husband 21 years ago.
